Análisis de la flexibilidad del proveedor y la participación de abastecimientos en el desempeño de manufactura para el sector de electrodomésticos

El propósito de la presente investigación es examinar los factores clave que integran una estrategia de abastecimiento que mejoran el desempeño de manufactura. Basado en la literatura y estudios aplicados existentes, se ha determinado que los factores flexibilidad de proveedor y participación de abastecimientos podrían tener impacto en el desempeño de manufactura medido a través del costo, la calidad, la flexibilidad, y la entrega. En esta investigación se incluye la introducción referente a la importancia del sector objeto de esta investigación, la revisión de la literatura de las variables del estudio para conformar el marco teórico, el método estadístico para el análisis de los datos recolectados, así como los resultados y la discusión de los mismos. La originalidad en esta investigación radica en la aplicación del instrumento a empresas del sector electrodoméstico y en la inclusión de la opinión de los ingenieros del departamento de ingeniería y proyecto. Los hallazgos sugieren, en base al análisis cuantitativo utilizando la regresión múltiple lineal, que los factores de la estrategia de abastecimientos denominados flexibilidad del proveedor y participación de abastecimientosDescargas
