Resumen

La presente investigación estudia el vínculo existente entre los factores de calidad del sistema, calidad de la información, utilidad y facilidad de uso en la satisfacción de los usuarios de sistemas de información en las organizaciones. Se busca desarrollar un modelo teórico sustentado en la literatura actualizada sobre el tema para su aplicación en futuras investigaciones.
