Permanence and evolution of Mexican work culture. The frame of reference or mental model of workers in Mexican organizations

In this paper, the results of a study about the permanence and evolution of Mexican work culture are presented, by utilizing the frame of reference or mental model of workers in Mexican organizations. To obtain this frame of reference the method of Associative Group Analysis was used. Through the comparison of the study of these workers’ frame of reference or mental model with other related studies, results are presented about the permanence and evolution of work culture among the duality tradition-modernity. The conclusions of the study back up an evolution of Mexican work culture.
