Currently, there are different styles of leadership that are used to run organizations; however, each style can be perceived differently by employees and therefore have an impact on the result of their work. The objective of this research is to develop a bibliometric analysis of the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction, to understand the trends of these two factors in the last 10 years —2013 to 2022—. For this, the Dimensions.ai repository is used, in which the following words are searched in English: "transformational leadership" and "job satisfaction". From this search, data from 746 scientific documents are obtained, which are processed with the VOSviewer application, using co-citation and co-occurrence in relation to words. In addition, it is observed that from 2013 to 2022, the annual scientific production has increased more than four times in investigations in which both factors are related.
