Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of personality, through its forms of selfregulation and self-esteem in the extra role behavior called organizational citizenship. The analysis shows the direct influence of self-esteem and self-regulation in the dimensions of initiative and self-development of organizational citizenship behaviors.
