This study proposes and validates the structure of a model to explain the factors influencing student resilience in the post-pandemic university context, characterized by a rapid digital transformation. Based on a comprehensive literature review, five predictive constructs are identified: learning space, technological capital, adaptability of remote teaching, use of collaborative platforms, and institutional digital transformation. Student resilience is defined as a separate outcome variable. To validate the structure of the predictive factors, an exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was conducted with a sample of students from two Mexican universities. The EFA results confirmed a five-factor structure aligned with the theoretical proposal. This work offers an empirically grounded model that breaks down the complex interaction between pedagogy, technology, and psychological factors, providing a robust foundation for future research using structural equation modeling and for the design of institutional strategies aimed at strengthening student resilience in changing contexts.
