Financing Universities and basically the construction of many of the strategic developmental programs, is the concern of the central administrations. Through the analysis in this article, I can portray the different financing models applied by several universities in the world. The core of this essay is to show that the financing issues for universities must unquestionably, be part of the strategic planning of the educational centers. The proposal is to demonstrate that the balance between resources and planning is so much necessary as operational tool for universities. This also forces manager as well as functionaries to consider in perspective, that the importance of this function would grant the source of resources to educational centers as an effective way of achieving their educational plans and purposes.
